Este texto faz parte da minha mais nova atividade por estas bandas. Irei aqui exercitar a minha percepção sobre o idioma Yankee, mas de uma forma desprendida dos "pés das letras" (pobre delas, coitadas). Para começar, traduzi este trecho bastante magistral saído da boca do ator Phillip Seymour Hoffman (que infelizmente veio a falecer) no filme Almost Famous (2000). Este trecho é, na verdade, um recorte presente num vídeo tributo ao ator no canal John Dey, no Youtube. O editor mandou bem na montagem deste quote e achei bacana começar a série de traduções por ele.
